Don and CC sent me (John) these pictures and I added these captions from their descriptions.  CC was the DCO Officer for DR763, Wisconsin, and Don worked for DCO/T.  Mike Mitchell, also a DOVE was there with the ECRV.  The HQ building had no visibility to the S-SW, at the very low angle required from Wisconsin.  So the COM function rented a truck and built this platform on top of it.  Very creative things happen when you have 3 DOVE's on the job.

set up 20 laptops on a laptop server, with 4 printers and the vsat. The DR lasted 10 days and we learned sooo much from being there from beginning to end. We had some unique challenges that we felt we successfully overcame.
