Meeting of BOF -  DOVES

The meeting was held on June 2, 2008 at the Escapade 2008.  the president  Jeff Fryear called the meeting to order at4:30 PM.

Jeff reported that due top several DOVES members being out on a mission the president agreed to serve for another year.  Bill Tinsmu made a motion to have the present board serve for another year and have election for the new board at the Escapade 2009.  Seconded by Sean Welch motion carried by unanimous vote.

The president announced that C.C. Ramsey is resigning as Treasurer and Membership Chair as of May 2009. Need someone to take these chairs.  Anyone interested in these positions contact Jeff.  Will be voted on at the escapade 2009.

People are needed to plan for the activities of the DOVES at the 2009.  Volunteers should have experience in disaster response and Escapades.  See Jerry.

Jerry thanked the volunteers who set-up the food.  Also a thank you to the present board.

Jeff introduced past presidents.

After the meeting Dick Hartman will take the floor for Q&A about the training.

Motion to adjourn themes was made by Don Helms, seconded by Tom Marlatt, carried by unanimous vote.
